DIY Peach Sugar Body Scrub
You will need:
1 ripe peach
1 tbsp. coconut oil
1 tsp. raw honey
1 cup raw granulated sugar
The flesh of the peach contains alpha hydroxy acids, which act as a natural exfoliant. The vitamin C will brighten your skin tone, and the vitamin A provides nourishment.
Coconut oil is a natural moisturizer, and gives a nice slip to the body scrub.
The honey in this recipe is a natural humectant, drawing moisture into the skin.
Finally, the raw granulated sugar (either white or brown) is a gentle topical exfoliator.
Purée the flesh of the peach, then stir in the coconut oil and honey. Add in the sugar, until you get a scrub consistency that you like. Massage onto wet skin, then rinse off to reveal glowing, moisturized skin.
Try this, I think you’ll like it. Enjoy!
